What is God's destiny for this generation? Every generation is called to encounter God. But how does God want to be known and shared in this time frame, in this culture? There are revival treasures from previous generations that we need to rediscover, such as prayer and fasting, reverence for the Word, and the Blood of Christ. This means that the present generation needs to cast off the dead traditions of religion and embrace the living commands from God's Word and his Spirit. A generation of fearless giant killers is emerging that is not hindered by the present cultural decadence but enabled by God's commands. This freedom generation knows what it is to be set free and so they long to bring freedom to others. It is being mobilized "for such a time as this." Author Bio: Erny Francisco is a third generation Pastor raised in the Mount Sinai Pentecostal Movement and is also the founder and pastor of Restoration Worship Ministries in Providence, RI which is a multi-cultural church.
